Are you compliant with NYC Local Law 144 and the EU AI Act?
Yes. The bias-audit log is a v1 feature, not a roadmap promise. Every scoring decision is logged with rationale; protected-category outputs are publishable to satisfy LL144's transparency rule. EU AI Act high-risk traceability is mapped in our trust pack — available on request.
Will WENDA train its model on our data?
No. Candidate audio and transcripts are stored securely for recruiter review only. They are never used to train any model — ours or a vendor's. This is in the contract, not the marketing copy.
What happens after my 14-day trial ends?
If you've selected Starter or Growth, your card is charged on day 15 for the first month. Cancel any time before then and you'll never see a bill. Enterprise plans don't run on the trial — those start with a paid pilot.
Can I white-label WENDA for my recruiting clients?
On the Enterprise tier, yes. White-label v1 is a single-token swap: your primary color, your logo, your wordmark on the candidate-facing surface. The recruiter dashboard stays Sinecure-branded — that's the product, not the experience your clients pay for.
